NYSC Orientation Course Lecture Series 1978: Good Citizenship as a Basic Ingredient in Nation Building

This lecture examines good citizenship as a foundation for nation-building in Nigeria from a social psychological perspective. It explores national consciousness, national pride, leadership, self-discipline, self-reliance, selfless service and loyalty, arguing that these qualities develop through socialisation rather than being innate.
